Job Description:
About the role:
Are you ready to start your career in Finance while working on real digital transformation projects? At Cintra, we are looking for a Finance Intern to join our Finance Department and gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, process improvement, and digital tools. As part of the Finance team, you will also help redesign and automate finance activities using digitalization and AI, support key financial systems and internal users, and contribute to changing the way Finance delivers value across the organization.
Key Responsabilities:
Supporting the Finance team and processes in tasks like:
- Support budget, forecast, and monthly closing reviews for the company, its departments, and affiliates.
- Contribute to projects, analyses, and specific transactions involving the company and its affiliates.
- Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and support external audit processes.
- Analyze and redesign financial processes using automation and AI tools.
- Help manage financial systems and tools, including maintenance, execution, user support, training, and process and user-experience improvements.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student in Business Administration; double degrees, such as Business and Law, and/or a master’s degree will be considered a plus.
- C1 level of English and Spanish is required.
- Strong interest in technology and practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar solutions. Experience with Python, coding, or process automation tools such as Power Automate or n8n will be highly valued.
- Proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a mindset for innovation.
