You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and report observations using computer or tablet tools. Provide outstanding customer service while contributing to loss prevention efforts and working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to acting with integrity.

Pay Rate: $15.45 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, employee entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe incoming and outgoing personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and unusual activity, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Preferred comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
