We are seeking applications for the position of Team Leader for development of Employment Zones.

 

Missions/Main Duties

 

• Lead the project team in planning, execution, and monitoring of Employment Zone initiatives.
• Coordinate activities among consultants, contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation, review, and finalization of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs).
• Conduct feasibility studies, demand assessment, market analysis, and technical evaluation.
• Oversee planning and development of industrial, urban, and infrastructure projects within the Employment Zone.
• Review engineering designs, infrastructure layouts, utility plans, and development proposals.
• Supervise and mentor project professionals, planners, engineers, and consultants.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.

 

Profile/Skills

• Post-Graduation in Engineering, Management, Planning, Infrastructure Development, Finance, or a related discipline; OR Chartered Accountant (CA); OR Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); OR Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

• • DPR Preparation
  • Project Planning and Development
  • Project Management
  • Infrastructure Development
  • Industrial Development Projects
  • Urban Development Projects
  • Real Estate Development Projects

• Experience with Government Projects, SPVs, Urban Development Authorities, Industrial Development Corporations, or PPP Projects.
• Familiarity with statutory approvals, project financing, and infrastructure planning.
• Experience in investment facilitation, industrial promotion, and employment generation initiatives.
