We are looking for a Senior Product & Service Designer with strong experience in UX, digital product design, and service design. This person will join a consulting environment, working on high-impact projects across different brands, industries, and product ecosystems.
Professional English is essential, as the role involves collaborating with international clients and teams through meetings, workshops, presentations, and day-to-day project work.
We are looking for someone who can understand complex challenges, identify both user and business needs, and transform them into valuable, usable, and feasible products and services. The ideal candidate is autonomous, strategic, and comfortable leading design processes from research and discovery through implementation and validation.
The role requires a strong UX mindset, experience with human-centered design methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including strategy, business, data, technology, content, and creative specialists.
Responsibilities
- Define digital products, services, and experiences from a strategic and user-centered perspective.
- Understand user, client, and business needs to identify challenges, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities, including interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis, benchmarks, desk research, and data analysis.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, design principles, and opportunities.
- Design information architecture, user flows, customer journeys, service blueprints, experience maps, and interaction models.
- Create product and service concepts that connect user needs, business objectives, and technological capabilities.
- Design wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes of varying levels of fidelity using Figma.
- Plan, facilitate, and document discovery, ideation, prioritization, and co-creation workshops with clients and internal teams.
- Validate hypotheses and solutions through user testing and iterative design processes.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, content, creative, data, and technology teams to deliver holistic solutions.
- Work alongside development teams to ensure design quality and consistency during implementation.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of design systems, interaction patterns, and component libraries.
- Present and defend design decisions to clients, stakeholders, and international teams.
- Identify innovation opportunities and introduce new methodologies, tools, and approaches.
- Support the growth and maturity of design practices and mentor less experienced designers when needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience working on digital products, applications, web platforms, e-commerce solutions, or service ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of human-centered design, UX research, information architecture, accessibility, interaction design, and user validation methodologies.
- Experience designing services and mapping complex experiences through customer journeys, service blueprints, stakeholder maps, flows, and similar artifacts.
- Ability to connect user needs, business goals, and technological constraints.
- Experience managing projects throughout the entire design lifecycle: discovery, definition, conceptualization, design, validation, delivery, and implementation.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, libraries, prototyping, and documentation.
- Ability to create clear, accessible, consistent, and effective digital interfaces.
- Experience working with design systems and interaction patterns.
- Experience planning and facilitating workshops with clients, users, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong collaboration skills with development teams and implementation follow-up.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and document design decisions clearly.
- Strong prioritization, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset in agile environments managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Critical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguous challenges.
- Professional English level, minimum advanced B2 and ideally C1, with confidence facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and working daily in English.
- Portfolio required, showcasing UX, product, and service design case studies, including problem definition, process, key decisions, role played, and impact achieved.
Nice to Have

- Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- International project experience and collaboration with distributed teams.
- Experience in service design and business process transformation projects, both digital and omnichannel.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
- Experience using product metrics, digital analytics, and success measurement frameworks.
- Experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or collaboration with content teams.
- Strong visual design skills, including composition, hierarchy, typography, color, and digital art direction.
- Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or advanced prototyping.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, FigJam, or similar tools.
- Practical and responsible use of AI tools for research, ideation, design, and documentation.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers.
Personal Competencies
- Strong empathy and listening skills towards users, clients, and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to defend design decisions and manage feedback constructively.
- Collaborative mindset and ease working across different disciplines.
- Adaptability to different industries, clients, and levels of digital maturity.
- Attention to detail while maintaining a holistic view of the product or service.
- Curiosity, continuous learning, and motivation to tackle new challenges.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying problems and driving improvements.
