POSITON NAME: Customer Care Consultant
Brief description
- The position of Customer Care Consultant requires the person to manage all System Operations. The position consists of excellent product knowledge to answer inquiries and obtaining information for customers. It also consists of providing training to customers and assisting Technicians with installations.
Tasks:
- Monthly online training
- Setting up of devices, including testing units
- Perform all jobs related to devices
- Up-keep of customer Data Base – maintain and update information
- Daily monitoring of devices
- Provide training to customers
- Identify missing information, inaccurate data and implement processes
- Respond promptly to all customer queries, via e-mail or telephone
- Acknowledge and resolve all issues and provide feedback
- Maintain a professional, empathetic and positive attitude towards customers at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements:
- Proven Customer Care experience
- Strong telephone contact handling skills and listening skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Must have computer knowledge and good understanding of technology
