- Mailhub & Document Operations: Execute day-to-day Mailhub duties, including document preparation, physical sorting, scanning, classification, data validation, and continuous Quality Assurance (QA).
- Process Documentation: Maintain, update, and manage complete process documentation to ensure operational consistency, transparency, and audit readiness.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Compile, verify, and submit accurate operational reports to both internal leadership and external client stakeholders within designated SLAs.
- Compliance & Quality: Work in strict accordance with client Statements of Work (SOW) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold the highest standards of security and quality.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with an uncompromised commitment to accuracy and quality control.
- Prioritization & Multi-tasking: Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Process & Compliance Focus: Comfortable following structured workflows, strict compliance requirements, SOWs, and SOPs.
- Physical Capability: Ability and willingness to perform physical duties associated with a document-heavy mailroom setting (e.g., standing, lifting, sorting, and handling document volume).
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
What We Offer
- Stability & Security: Permanent position with a global leader in information management.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Paid Time Off (Annual and Personal/Sick Leave accrual) and robust employee benefits.
- Growth & Development: Access to continuous learning platforms, internal training programs, and career progression pathways.
- Inclusive Culture: A supportive team culture that values safety, integrity, inclusion, and operational excellence.
