Booking Holdings is looking for an experienced Workplace Experience professional to lead and support a safe, inviting, functional, and productive office environment for all employees and visitors. The Workplace Experience Manager operates at the intersection of hospitality and facility services in support of daily operations.
The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for leading workplace operations, facilities management, and employee experience initiatives across a multi-site office portfolio, with primary accountability for the New York office and partnership across regional locations. This role blends strategic planning with operational oversight to ensure office environments are safe, compliant, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who can translate business needs into workplace solutions, drive consistency across locations, manage complex vendor relationships, and elevate the overall employee experience. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including People, IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and Risk & Compliance.
In this role you will get to:
Lead workplace operations and facilities for the primary office, while supporting consistency across regional sites.
Ensure offices meet high standards for safety, functionality, cleanliness, hospitality, and service delivery.
Serve as a senior escalation point for workplace issues and lead onsite team performance and daily priorities.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency across multiple locations.
Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to balance cost, quality, and employee experience.
Lead workplace projects such as buildouts, relocations, refurbishments, and expansions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Support space planning, utilization analysis, and workplace optimization using data-driven insights.
Partner cross-functionally with People, IT, leaders, and local teams to enhance workplace experience, onboarding, and office programs.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations, while overseeing workplace systems and reporting on key metrics.
What you have:
7 to 10 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, corporate real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
Experience supporting multi-site or regional office operations in a fast-paced, high-growth, or evolving environment.
Prior people management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead onsite and remote teams and influence cross-functional partners.
Strong experience managing third-party vendors, contracts, and service delivery models.
Strong fiscal oversight, including reviewing/approving invoices and managing an operations budget.
Solid understanding of facilities operations, workplace safety, and familiarity with building systems and office technology (audio-visual, room reservation & ticketing applications).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations and time zones.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership.
Ability to balance strategic planning with practical execution and escalation management.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Experience implementing workplace tools, systems, or automation.
Professional certifications such as CFM, MCR, CPR/AED, or OSHA training.
Experience working within outsourced service delivery models or managing external project teams
Working Model: Onsite
Travel required as needed to support regional offices, workplace projects, and vendor oversight.

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $116,100-$141,900.
