As a Concrete Foreman, you'll oversee field crews on a variety of projects, including roadways, bridges, sidewalks, curbs, and other concrete infrastructure throughout Ohio.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise concrete crews on heavy civil construction projects.
- Coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and grade stakes.
- Oversee forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on every job site.
- Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
- Mentor and develop crew members while maintaining a productive work environment.
- 3+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a concrete leadership role.
- Experience with heavy civil, roadway, bridge, or site concrete construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, forming, and grading.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Valid driver's license required.
