What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack features and enhancements across the product lifecycle.
- Work within an Agile Scrum environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable software components with minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to timelines and engineering standards.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.
Key Criteria
- 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET (.NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework)
- Strong working knowledge of relational database design (SQL, MSSQL)
- Experience with front-end development using JavaScript frameworks (Angular)
- Knowledge of Software Architecture patterns and principles
- Able to work effectively across multiple change projects or change activities simultaneously
- Practical experience in Agile, Scrum and iterative development
- High proficiency in English, with a critical-thinking and proactive mindset
Work setup:
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 AM – 5 PM) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
