Open Door Community Health Centers is hiring a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for our Redwood Pediatric & Women's Health Services (RPS) team in Eureka, Ca. The CNM provides medical care and treatment to gynecological and obstetrical patients under supervision of Obstetrician or Family Practice Physician. Typical duties include but are not limited to delivering babies, instructing patients in prenatal and postnatal health practices, women’s health, and general gynecological care.

Education & Experience
- Certification from an accredited graduate-level midwifery program leading to certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM).
- High Risk OB experience preferred
- Dating US preferred
- Performed 40 deliveries in the past 12 months, preferred
Required Licensure & Certifications
Prior to employment, candidates must possess:
- Current California certification in Certified Nurse Midwifery (CNM)
- Current DEA license
- Current CPR license
- Current Board Certification in specialty of practice (or board eligible if a newer graduate)
- Valid California driver's license with an insurable driving record
