Description
What would your role be?
Support client reviews, prepare and coordinate the resolution of outstanding review items with front-office teams.
Gather, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources to support risk and compliance activities.
Perform data quality checks, analyses, and plausibility reviews to ensure accurate and reliable information.
Assist with internal audit follow-up activities, including controls, reporting, and tracking of remediation measures.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated young professional who enjoys a hands-on role and is keen to learn and grow on the job.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or related field.
Willingness to take ownership of both operational and administrative tasks in a proactive and reliable manner. Strong interest in regulatory, risk, and compliance topics within Private Banking.
Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
