Description
Principal Responsibilities:
1.Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including trade documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with logistics service providers.
2.Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, export control requirements and internal compliance policies.
3.Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and relevant government authorities.
4.Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact, provide risk mitigation recommendations.
5.Partner with logistics, procurement, finance, tax on trade-related topics
Required Skills:
1.Bachelor's degree in international trade, Logistics, Supply chain management, or a related field
2.Proven experience in import/export operations and global trade compliance.
3.Strong knowledge of customs regulations, incoterms, tariff classification, and export controls
4.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
5.Familiar with SAP system, Hold customs declarant qualification certificate.
6.At least 5 years of experience in dealing with import and export customs related issues for both manufacturing and trading companies.
