Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Finance Sr. Analyst will play a key role in LATAM’s direct profit planning, reporting and control. This role is responsible for providing a world-class cost for SoCo countries. Responsible of elaborating cost analysis, actuals understanding, and forecasting across the region with special focus on cost modeling and the consolidation of cost models. Interact with OUs' commercial finance, deliver accurate information to lead the decision-making process and ensure cost Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.
Your Impact
- Deliver and excellent service to Finance clients according to SLA’s responsible of cost and model consolidation.
- Support commercial finance in the construction of LATAM cost understanding, main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support the decision-making process.
- Quickly develop an understanding of different financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
- Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement and modern thinking in all matters relating to Co-man cost to advise the Cost Leader.
- Align with Supply Chain Finance and Operations cost and update cost models.
- Elaborate with control actuals analysis, identify risks and opportunities.
- Generate cost productivity validation and ensure alignment between productivity and cost planning models to guarantee P&L productivity flow.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Minimum 3 years of finance experience.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English is a must
- Understanding of a P&L and its drivers
- Blend of control and planning finance
- Ability to understand financial models and scenarios
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
