Call Center Coordinator – JLL
What this job involves:
As a Call Center Coordinator, you will serve as the essential first point of contact for all facilities-related needs across Kaiser WA and other geographically dispersed facilities. This role is critical to JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional client service through rapid response, effective problem-solving, and seamless coordination of facility operations. You will act as a dedicated customer advocate, ensuring that every request is handled with professionalism and urgency while maintaining the highest standards of communication and service excellence.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Manage high-volume inbound calls for Kaiser WA and geographically dispersed facilities with professionalism, accuracy, and strict adherence to Service Level Agreement expectations
- Create, prioritize, and dispatch work orders with strong emphasis on urgent requests and proper escalation protocols to ensure rapid response times
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following established procedures, documenting all actions taken and notifying appropriate stakeholders
- Generate daily ATG work orders with detailed descriptions and accompanying photos, while maintaining responsibility for closing out findings
- Oversee vehicle registration and fuel card administration processes, ensuring compliance and timely renewals across all locations
- Manage hazardous waste documentation for all facilities, ensuring updates are completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Track, compile, and report key performance indicators to management monthly, providing insights into operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Deliver excellent customer service as a core function of the role, recognizing that every interaction shapes the reputation and perception of the campus and its operations
- Proven experience in call center operations, facilities management, or customer service roles with demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills with ability to provide effective solutions under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer-centric approach to service delivery
- Proficiency in work order management systems and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple urgent requests simultaneously
- Experience with emergency response protocols and ability to remain calm and effective during crisis situations
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding documentation and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting healthcare facilities or similar regulated environments
- Familiarity with hazardous waste documentation and regulatory compliance standards
- Experience with ATG (Above Ground Tank) systems and related documentation processes
- Knowledge of vehicle fleet management and fuel card administration systems
- Background in visitor reception or front desk operations in corporate settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to generate reports and track KPIs
- Experience with mail processing and distribution operations
Location: Onsite, Renton, WA
Salary: 49,990 to $71,900 per year

Estimated compensation for this position:
