POSITION SUMMARY:
The Analyst, Information Security Philippines is responsible in planning, implementing and monitoring of security measures / controls to protect Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation’s system, data and infrastructure from identified threats.
He / She is also responsible in safeguarding and preventing data loss and service interruptions by putting adequate controls / technologies for Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation’s Infrastructure.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in strategic information security planning based on industry-standard best practices to achieve business goals by prioritizing defense initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future information security technologies.
- Remain informed on trends and issues in the information security industry.
- Develops and maintains an information security awareness program.
- Administers computer security systems and auditing processes.
- Supports information security incident and investigation activities.
- Supports internal and external auditors, and perform audits in compliance to policy, regulation and governance.
- Supports large scale or critical security infrastructure projects.
- Recommends and/or executes management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, re-assign, or discipline employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
At least 2 years relevant experiences. Candidate with more experience will be considered for more senior position
Requires in depth experience and knowledge of enterprise IT concerns and technologies
Support and administration in the following disciplines are desirable:
- Network Security and firewalls (CCSP/CCIE - Security)
- Relational Database Security
- Remote Access/VPN solutions
- Information Security Auditing
- Intrusion Detection and Response
- Anti-virus systems
- Messaging Security
- Security policy and procedure development
- Windows and Active Directory security
- Access management processes
- Security bench marking requirements (CIS)
- Security compliance for Regulatory requirements (NERC/SOX/HIPPA/FISMA)
- Security Strategic Planning and Risk Management
- Web and application-based security
- Encryption (KPI/Kerberos/SSL)
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related scientific or technical discipline
- An information security certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other technical certifications (Such as MCSE/CCNA) is highly desirable
