Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Facilitate eCSLT by providing business analysis & insights to identify strategic priorities, drive effective decision-making and enable seamless execution.
- Lead corporate level strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives to drive organization transformation & change management.
- Represent Greater China affiliate to interface and collaborate closely with global key stakeholders to build rapport, develop local business cases to synergize effort and leverage resources.
- Owner of global CEO or Executive Committee visit, major business reviews & financial review cycles and other major events.
- Support the President on all business reports preparation, including monthly report to HQ, presentations for both internal and external meeting, etc. and organize monthly senior management meetings and tracking follow ups with timely feedback to the President.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the President, such as office resource allocation, etc.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Language
- English: fluency level close to native speakers
- Chinese: native speaker or fluency level close to native speaker
2.Education
- MBA
3.Experience & knowledge:
- Minimum 8-year consulting experience in the headquarter of the multinational company
- Experience in leading or facilitating the strategic projects in healthcare industry
- Familiar with value chain of the healthcare industry, free use of the jargons in both English and Chinese
- Excellent presentation & PPT skill
4. Core competencies:
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong customer-oriented mindset, teamwork spirit, can also work independently
- Great learning agility & communication skills(written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and articulate
- Can work under pressure
