Job Description & Summary: Servicenow A Career with in...........................

Responsibilities: 

Experience :  2-9 Years ( Minimum 4 years in ServiceNow Domain- especially in ServiceNow IRM and 2 years i

 

  • Support PMO, governance, and reporting workstreams on live capital projects or transformation programs 

  • Prepare and maintain trackers, dashboards, governance packs, and meeting materials 

  • Consolidate data from project teams and validate inputs for reporting 

  • Support schedule and milestone tracking in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 

  • Build and update reports in Excel and Power BI 

  • Track actions, risks, issues, and decisions to closure 

  • Support implementation of digital tools, templates, and workflows 

  • Prepare clear working-level and management-ready updates

  • Strong focus on execution quality and delivery support 

  • Works within a defined workstream with guidance from senior team members 

  • Expected to be hands-on with data, reporting, and PMO artefacts 

  • Success depends on reliability, structure, responsiveness, and attention to detail 

Ideal profile 

  • Experience in PMO, project controls, reporting, or digital implementation 

  • Familiarity with capital project environments 

  • Good analytical and presentation skills 

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and data sources
