Greek-Speaking Content Moderator – Social Media Industry (Lisbon)
Are you a Greek speaker with a keen eye for detail, strong digital literacy, and a commitment to keeping online spaces safe? We are seeking vigilant and analytical professionals to join our international hub on-site in Lisbon! In this role, you will work behind the scenes for leading online platforms, reviewing user-generated content to foster a positive, secure, and compliant digital environment.
The Role
- Content Moderation: Review and evaluate user-generated content (text, images, and audio) in Greek to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
- Risk Identification: Identify and flag inappropriate, misleading, harmful, or policy-violating content promptly and take decisive enforcement action.
- Objective Analysis: Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to complex cases, distinguishing between harmless nuances and actual policy breaches.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and platform safety.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
- Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role in a modern, well-equipped office hub.
- Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts (may include evening, night, or weekend shifts to cover continuous platform monitoring).

Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native or Near-Native command of Greek (written and spoken) with a strong understanding of cultural context and online slang.

- Legal Eligibility: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Work Permit.
- Key Skills: High attention to detail, emotional resilience, strong problem-solving skills, and comfortable working with diverse digital content.
