People Development Expert EMEA (all genders)
full-time position in our Division Human Resources in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
You lead HR development initiatives, including training, engagement programs, and career frameworks
You act as the main contact for HR projects, working with teams across the organization
Senior leadership relies on you to report on project progress, risks, and milestones
You track project performance using key metrics and KPIs
Your reports provide insights, recommendations, and improvements to senior management
Your profile:
You bring experience in HR development, project management, or organizational development
Your expertise covers HR best practices, talent management, and performance development
Managing projects and working with multicultural teams is one of your strengths
Strong communication and relationship-building skills help you influence stakeholders
A proactive mindset and fluency in English and German enable you to thrive in an international environment
