Your Job
You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting business growth. You will manage relationships with an established customer portfolio, act as a trusted point of contact, and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams.
In this role, you will:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with assigned customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and promote products and solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Develop and deliver sales proposals and commercial offers.
- Review customer specifications, applications, and contractual requirements in collaboration with Engineering and R&D teams.
- Process requests for quotations, providing accurate pricing, lead times, and product availability.
- Manage customer orders from receipt through confirmation, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
- Handle customer returns and claims, coordinating corrective actions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management teams to ensure efficient order execution and on-time delivery.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer service and business performance.
- Continuously develop product and market knowledge through internal and external training opportunities.
- Provide support and backup to the commercial team when needed.
Your Experience
We are looking for a customer-oriented professional who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent relationship-building skills.
You will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, or similar commercial role.
- Previous experience working within a sales or customer-facing environment.
- A customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
- The ability to thrive in dynamic environments and effectively manage change and complexity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
- A self-motivated, responsive, and assertive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
