Grand Care Pharmacy is a locally owned independent pharmacy in Chickasha, Oklahoma, proudly serving Chickasha and the surrounding communities. As part of the TotalDose Group, we focus on personalized care, wellness services, and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a Retail Pharmacy Clerk to join our growing team and help create a welcoming experience for our patients while supporting the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy.
No pharmacy experience required—we provide all the training you need!
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Operate the cash register and process purchases, returns, and refunds
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer questions
- Help customers find over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and wellness products
- Support the pharmacy team by checking prescription status in our pharmacy software
- Stock shelves, receive inventory, and keep the store clean and organized
- Assist with merchandising, seasonal displays, and product placement
- Deliver prescriptions and pharmacy items to local homes or facilities as needed
- Work closely with pharmacists and technicians to ensure patients receive excellent service
