Summary:

The Servicing Treasury Processor I – Incoming Claim Funds is responsible for accurately and timely processing to the servicing system daily. This position will work collaboratively with business units to ensure company guidelines and processes are met.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Low to High Level data entry of all claim payments accurately, either manually or via scripts to the servicing system. This includes the accurate posting of funds from various government agencies and collaborating with internal teams for reconciliation, as well as posting funds via CIT 689 and CIT 421.

  • Reporting & Volume Tracking - Pull WEBFocus reports, update volume tracking for FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA, REO, and PC funds. Track and reconcile reversal spreadsheets for outgoing and returned funds.

  • Request wires to move funds to differing internal and external bank accounts; verify relelase of funds, escalate and resolve reconciliation issues.Track deferred balances, reversals, and remittances; update spreadsheets and internal systems of records accordingly.

  • AOP Management & Uploads - Download and identify AOPs for FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, and VA (Claims, Incentives, Acquisitions). Upload AOPs to EDMS/FileZilla and manually transfer data to reporting templates.

  • Mailbox & Queue Monitoring - Monitor ST Packages and ICF mailboxes; resolve escalations and coordinate with both internal & external teams. Check CIT queues and wires released; notify relevant departments of expiring or pending items.

  • Unapplied Funds Reporting - Work daily and monthly unapplied reports for the 3H, 3T, and 2A buckets with various lines of business. Monitor the 3A bucket for timely money movement and workt he CIT 606 queue. Track and document movement of funds into various unapplied buckets. Communicating with various lines of business to ensure timely movement and notation of funds.

  • Incoming Claim Funds Account Manangement - Prepare posting request sheets; identify credited/debited funds from government agencies, title companies, and prior servicers in the ICF account. Verify incoming claims and reconcile ICF account activity. Post funds and maintain reversal tracking. Run posting request sheets to update unapplied balances and add global notes.

  • Audit, Compliance & Collaboration - Perform quarterly code cross testing. Attend weekly team meetings and monthly government meetings.

  • Backup Servicing Treasury Incoming Claim Funds Processor I: Pull and analyze daily CIT and 4H reports; update volume tracking. Prepare and review CIT packages; coordinate approvals and initiate money movement. Process borrower check voids/reissues and post claim/modification funds.

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Must be MS Office proficient.

  • Intermediate Excel experience, specifically using pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s.

  • Outlook Experience, prior shared mailbox experience a plus

  • Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required along with at least 1 year of related work experience.

  • Previous LoanServ experience is needed.
