Automotive Service Advisor – Go Dodge Surrey

Surrey, British Columbia

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.—no evenings

 

Go Dodge Surrey is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with hands-on CDK Service experience.

 

You will guide customers through the complete dealership service process—from the initial vehicle write-up and repair estimate through updates, approvals, and final delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle-service needs
• Open, manage, and document repair orders in CDK
• Explain maintenance and repair recommendations clearly
• Review estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Coordinate repair progress with technicians, parts, and service management
• Keep customers informed about repair status, costs, and completion times
• Recommend appropriate maintenance based on vehicle needs
• Follow up on declined work and future service requirements
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally
• Ensure repair-order information is complete and accurate
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and reliable communication

 

What You Bring

• Previous experience using CDK Service is required
• Automotive service, dealership, customer-service, or related experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
• Confidence explaining estimates and repair recommendations
• Strong organization, follow-up, and documentation skills
• A calm and professional approach in a busy environment

 

Nice to Have

• Previous Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram dealership experience
• Experience with warranty, internal, and customer-pay repair orders
• Knowledge of dealership service performance measures such as CSI, customer-pay sales, and hours per repair order
