What You'll Do:
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, data science, finance, and operations teams to maximize customer value and identify opportunities for expansion.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned accounts.
Conduct regular business reviews to align on objectives, performance, and future opportunities.
Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and industry trends.
Strategic Planning & Growth
Build and execute account plans to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanded partnerships.
Develop recommendations based on customer needs, market insights, and business objectives.
Partner with sales and leadership teams to support revenue growth initiatives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze account performance data and provide actionable insights.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer success metrics.
Create executive-level presentations and business reviews.
Use data to inform business outcomes and demonstrate the value delivered to clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client initiatives.
Advocate for customer needs and influence product, service, and operational improvements.
Coordinate resources to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Account Retention & Customer Success
Monitor account health and proactively address risks.
Develop retention strategies to strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes and business value.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, sales, or a client-facing strategic role.
Understanding of programmatic and OpenRTB.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior-level stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business growth.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Experience working in a SaaS, technology, media, advertising, or professional services environment.
Understanding of customer lifecycle management and account growth strategies.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
