[자격요건]
- 2개 이상의 SPA HCM(ECC 6.0 또는 S/4HANA) 프로젝트 수행 경험(운영담당자 경험도 인정)
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM with ERP 6.0 보유자
- SAP 인사운영(PA), 급여, 근태 경험자
- 전체 HR컨설팅 경력 2년이상~10년 이하 보유자

- 새로운 기술(AI/ML)에 대한 도전정신과 빠른 학습능력, 향후 SAP SuccessFactors까지 Multi-Skill을 보유하고 싶은 인재

[우대사항]
- 글로벌 컨설팅펌 출신 우대
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 우대
- 글로벌 HR구축 경험 (미국, 중국 외) 우대

- SAP SuccessFactors 자격증 보유 우대
