Description
Looking for an OTR position with flexibility in how you run? We're adding Class A CDL drivers for both Solo Driver and Driver Mentor opportunities.
Experienced drivers can stay solo or take advantage of additional earning opportunities by training newer CDL drivers through the Mentor program.
Solo Drivers
Solo drivers typically stay out 10–14 days at a time before returning home.
The position offers:
- $0.45–$0.55 CPM based on experience
- No-touch freight
- Consistent OTR miles
- Weekly pay
- Late-model equipment
- Home time between runs
- Additional incentives may be available
Want to Mentor New Drivers?
Qualified experienced drivers can also become Driver Mentors.
Mentors work with new CDL drivers during their OTR training period while continuing to accumulate miles. Training assignments are generally around 11 days, and mentors receive priority mileage opportunities.
Mentor pay includes:
- $0.45–$0.55 CPM base rate, based on experience
- +$0.10 CPM while training a student
- Up to +$0.10 CPM in productivity incentives
- Additional bonus opportunities
Drivers aren't required to continuously mentor. You may return to solo driving or take home time between student assignments.
Just Got Your CDL?
New CDL holders are encouraged to apply.
You'll complete initial training followed by OTR training with an experienced mentor. Drivers with less than three months of qualifying experience earn $0.35 CPM while completing training and gaining their first three months of experience.
Once you reach three months of qualifying experience, you may transition into the experienced solo pay range of $0.45–$0.55 CPM, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
What You'll Need
A valid Class A CDL and the ability to meet applicable DOT and company hiring requirements are required.
Experienced Solo and Mentor applicants must have at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
Applicants must also:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Be authorized to work in the United States
If you're looking for an OTR position where you can run solo now and potentially move into mentoring for additional compensation, we'd like to hear from you.
