- Supporting the wider Operational Technology team in maintaining secure, stable and effective operational systems
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential
- Hands-on experience supporting and administering the AVEVA PI platform, including PI Data Archive, Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision and related components.
- Experience working with industrial data historian, operational technology (OT) or real-time data environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to translate operational or business requirements into practical technical solutions, working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience with legacy PI technologies such as PI ProcessBook, alongside newer AVEVA PI capabilities and upgrade programmes.
- Knowledge of telemetry, SCADA, industrial control systems, OT networks or wider operational technology environments.
- Experience with PI Interfaces, Connectors, OPC protocols, system integrations or related technologies.
