YOUR MISSION
Supports the day-to-day coordination of global campaign creative projects and timelines
Assists in tracking key milestones from project kick-off through final delivery to markets
Maintains clear communication on project status, updates, and next steps with stakeholders
Facilitates collaboration across cross-functional teams and supports creative briefing processes
Helps coordinate project priorities, resources, and deliverables under leadership guidance
Supports creative review and approval processes with internal and external stakeholders
Assists in identifying project risks and implementing timeline or workflow adjustments as needed
Prepares project documentation, reports, presentations, and status updates to ensure transparency.
YOUR TALENT
0-1 year of project management, account management, marketing, communications, creative operations, or related internship/co-op experience; digital experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent recent graduate experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills and can confidently share project updates with a variety of stakeholders
Eager to learn project management principles and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
Exposure to creative workflows, campaign execution, or cross-functional team collaboration through internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles
Familiarity with digital project management tools, such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms
Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset with a positive and adaptable approach to work.
