Field Supervisor I – WBC

Partner with the best
As a Field Supervisor I – WBC, you will provide onsite support and service in field execution of Liner Hanger equipment as required by the Operator. You’ll will require to collaborate with other team members onsite to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery.
You will be responsible for:
Review of field procedure & sub assembly diagram documents.
Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.
Complete Process Safety, Liner Hanger field workbook, Pipe Tally and As-run Schematic.
Provide daily morning report and attend Driller’s instruction (SID) reviews.
Perform torque & drag to provide field confirmation against initial/design simulation.
Prepare and/or cross check Run in Hole Tally.
Complete Field Pre-job Checklist including any special requirements as per project.
Ensuring equipment is strapped and prepared for backload to base in safe manner.
Ensure all post job paperwork is prepared, signed and provided to representative in office.
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BakerHughes Core Values.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Technical Degree or preferred qualification.
Have 10 years or more relevant industry experience (with Two or more different product groups).
Fully competent in Two or more different product groups – can be within Completions or Wellbore Intervention (Fishing).
Be competent in running Liner Hanger system in onshore and offshore application. This includes all the various types of offshore MODU.
Have thorough knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations.
Be able to work and communicate well in a team environment.
Be available & open to cross product line training and field opportunities.
Have strong emphasize on ensuring competencies are achieved and kept in-date in a timely manner.
Have ensure on the job documentations are accurate, complete and compliant.
Be flexible to accommodate ad-hoc job requirements from time to time.
