Stock Controller: Content inventory

As a Digital Stock Controller, you will take ownership of the availability and integrity of our client's prepaid digital product ecosystem. In this fast-paced role, you will manage real-time digital inventory across airtime, mobile data, prepaid electricity, bill payment capacity, and digital vouchers.

Working closely with Treasury, Finance, and Supplier Management teams, you will gain high-visibility exposure across the business while ensuring that digital stock flows seamlessly to meet customer demand. Requirements:

 

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in stock control, inventory management, or digital operations.
• Numerical & Analytical Skills: Exceptional numerical accuracy and strong reconciliation capabilities.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with stock management systems.
• Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and handle multi-category inventory effectively.
• Industry Experience: Prior exposure to digital distribution, telecommunications, or fintech platforms.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of prepaid digital ecosystems (airtime, data bundles, electricity, vouchers).
