Position Overview: 

• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned physical education instruction for K–4 students that promotes movement, teamwork, physical fitness, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment where students of all abilities feel encouraged to participate, grow, and succeed.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt activities to support diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student development and contribute to a positive school culture.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate Physical Education endorsement
• Experience teaching elementary physical education preferred
