- This position will be responsible for attracting and driving the right applicant traffic into VXI to meet headcount requirements.
- Evaluate opportunities for both strategic and tactical sourcing opportunities both local and provincial.
- Manage the external sourcing teams to deliver the Share of Hire required from each external channel.
- Plan and execute traditional and non-traditional sourcing activities
- Develop market intelligence of the industry, focusing on compiling a database of talent profiles, talent competencies and skills, talent locations, pay scale and benefits package, etc
- Plan, submit and defend budget proposals for any and all external sourcing activities justified by yield and cost per hire per activity
- Participate in capacity planning for current and future hiring
