Regional Client Management Executive

American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) is looking for a dynamic Regional CGM executive. This individual will be part of the business development team in Colombia, focused to deliver high-growth sales and retention, building on the existing and future client base. Candidates will have a demonstrated track record of delivering against commercial goals, including sales targets, revenue growth, strategy execution, deal negotiations and closing skills. This executive will be well-versed in digital servicing tools as well as commercial approaches. This role will report to the Manager of business development in Colombia. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, client and service-oriented, and entrepreneurial individual.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a Client strategy that will add value to the clients’ businesses while ensuring GBT’s expansion, revenue and profit objectives are met.
• Retain and expand current clients served thru best in class analysis, coordinated superior service, innovative solutions and a savings & optimization program
• Develop  solutions to service clients, focusing on the needs of C-Suite executives, Travel Arrangers and Travelers
• Provide deep, relevant industry insights and benchmarking actionable data to client base
• Open the door to new C-Suite relationships within the clients’ organizations and continually reposition value with ongoing contacts. Create a web of influence at multiple levels between GBT and the clients’ organizations

What We're Looking For

• Resourceful, should be able to find solutions and not expect solutions.
• At least 3 years in sales/ business development experience.
• Ability to prospect, cold call, meet, pitch and close.
• Proven experience in Client Management with at least 2 years.
• Ability to demonstrate the application of digital tools and innovative strategies to service large amount of clients
• Relationship management skills with the ability to influence client base and work effectively across all levels of a matrix organization
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail
• Financial acumen with understanding of P&L and levers to improve performance
• Highly skilled on developing and executing winning strategies
• Understanding of industry trends and how to support clients in compliance with international standards
• Fluent Spanish and English speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor degree is required (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, preferred)
