Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing short and long-term product management plans. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer. Job expectations include leading the management and development of products and ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.

  • Manages cross-product strategy and initiatives for Business Banking  – This role partners across Product, Technology, Digital, Marketing and Business Banking Sales Leadership with the goal of delivering enterprise-wide solutions with efficiency gain across teams
  • Drives business case development and stakeholder alignment for initiatives across multiple BB product teams and other stakeholder teams like BB Sales, Rewards Product, technology
  • Leads development efforts for cross-product tech initiatives by partnering closely with technology teams to define requirements, prioritize features and oversee delivery
  • Manages Tech Planning Roadmap for all BB initiatives and help prioritize available funds through close partnership with different product and delivery teams
  • Coordinates materials and leadership reviews for cross-product regulator routines like QRR, Earnings, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees a set of products and maintains financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
  • Develops long and short-term product strategy, driving products to provide comprehensive solutions across the bank
  • Leads a team responsible for developing plans for product development, supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities
  • Instills a culture of continuous improvement and effective risk management

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience​
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, including the ability to lead complex initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Strong executive-level presentation and communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop business cases that articulate strategic value, financial impact, risks, and implementation considerations to support informed decision-making.
  • Experience building stakeholder alignment and driving engagement across cross-functional teams to gain support, influence outcomes, and successfully execute organizational initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze business needs, translate requirements into actionable plans, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences to achieve desired outcomes.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$144,900.00 - $181,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
