Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. The role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating these into practical business and technology solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer facilitates discussions around transformation initiatives, customer experience journeys, and functional or application design considerations. This position demands active collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed technology and business solutions align well with the client s objectives and operational needs, fostering seamless integration and effective implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Assist in designing and validating integration architectures to meet business needs.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor and improve integration processes to enhance efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within complex environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies and data exchange protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
