Senior Analyst Investment Banking, Limassol

Our client is a corporate finance boutique based in Cyprus offering fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and investment advisory services to clients operating across Southeast Europe and the Middle East. They are looking for a motivated and ambitious Senior Analyst – Investment Banking to join their team.

The Role:
The successful candidate will work directly with the Partners of the firm across a wide range of advisory engagements, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Business valuations
• Financial due diligence
• Capital raising transactions
• Strategic and financial advisory assignments
• Market and industry research
• Private assets and investment-related projects

Responsibilities:

• Financial modelling and analysis
• Preparation of management presentations
• Preparation of transaction materials
• Attend client meetings
• Support business development initiatives and proposal preparation
• Research on economic themes and sourcing of market insights
• Support with transaction mandates, including due diligence, data room and general
• project management
• Support the general operations of the company, including company administration work
  
  Qualifications and Experience required:
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate business and finance situations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with using other software and AI
• University degree from a top-tier university. Relevant qualification in finance and
  economics will be considered an advantage. Would also consider candidates with
  engineering degrees
• Professional qualification in one following: ACA, ACCA or CFA
  3 - 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, transaction services, valuation, investment management, audit and banking
• Fluency in both Greek and English (both written and speaking). Any other languages will be considered a plus
