We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager, SMB Healthcare Canada to join our ever-evolving Healthcare Sales Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll lead revenue growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and build high-performing sales teams that expand Global Payments’ presence across the Canadian Small and Medium Business (SMB) healthcare sector. Your leadership will directly influence client success, market expansion, and long-term business growth while helping healthcare organizations access innovative payment solutions that simplify operations and improve experiences. As a trusted leader and growth driver, you’ll create meaningful impact across clients, partners, and colleagues while advancing Global Payments’ mission to power every payment and connect commerce around the world.
What you'll own
- Drive revenue growth across the Canadian SMB healthcare market by leading strategic sales initiatives that expand market share, accelerate client acquisition, and deliver annual net revenue objectives.
- Build and strengthen high-value partner relationships that create new referral opportunities, expand client portfolios, and generate a sustainable pipeline of business growth.
- Shape sales strategy through data-driven insights and forecasting to improve decision-making, increase sales effectiveness, and deliver predictable business outcomes.
- Lead and develop high-performing sales teams by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth that elevates individual and team performance.
- Influence cross-functional success by aligning teams, enhancing the client experience, and driving initiatives that improve retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term business value.
What you'll bring
- Proven success leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth within the Canadian SMB healthcare sector.
- Extensive experience developing and executing sales strategies, building pipelines, and achieving ambitious business objectives.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing sales professionals.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders while influencing outcomes across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated expertise using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, including Salesforce, to drive forecasting accuracy, performance visibility, and strategic decision-making.
It's a bonus if you have
- University degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience growing referral, channel, or partner sales programs within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change, improving sales effectiveness, and scaling high-growth teams.
