Responsibilities
- Set the tone for an unbeatable customer experience—lead with positivity, handle challenges with care, and make every interaction fast, friendly, and memorable.
- Build a strong, engaged team—coach, train, recognize wins, and create opportunities for growth that keep people motivated and coming back.
- Lead the shift like an owner—delegate with purpose, support your team through challenges (from callouts to busy rushes), and ensure every detail gets done right.
- Champion quality and safety—keep fresh food fully stocked and up to standard while following all food safety, cash handling, and loss prevention practices.
- Create a store everyone’s proud of—maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and out, no matter the weather or workload.
- Stay sharp and connected—attend trainings and meetings, stay current on policies, and communicate openly with leadership and partners.
- Drive results together—support staffing, partner with leadership and vendors, and push sales and profitability while keeping operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
- Strong customer-first mindset supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven reliability and accountability, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight/3rd shift.
- Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to quickly learn, complete training, and consistently align with company values.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed.
- 2+ years of food service or retail management experience required.
