Description
Summary
Support the maintenance and improvement of Front-End (FE) assembly equipment to ensure stable manufacturing operations. This role involves equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement activities in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Support daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Perform basic root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment issues.
Monitor equipment performance, uptime, and downtime trends.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Assist with equipment installation, qualification, and upgrades.
Work closely with Production, Process, and Quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Up to 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment engineering is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Must Have
Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Willingness to work hands-on with manufacturing equipment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good to Have
Internship or project experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of equipment maintenance, automation, or industrial systems.
Exposure to root cause analysis tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA).
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement concepts.
Familiarity with semiconductor assembly processes.
