Amicable Collection Officer Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As an Amicable Collection Officer, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, carrying out all responsibilities under our consultancy model.

Responsibilities:

• Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation.
• Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears.
• Analyse files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: Profound knowledge.

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience:

• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Familiar with various IT tools.

Business Experience:

• Strong interest in finance and banking (products) is preferable.
