International Pricing and Logistics Specialist

About the position:
The International Pricing & Logistics Specialist provides extended-hours coverage for pricing, intake, and urgent logistics execution. The role ensures that requests from U.S. accounts and from European and Asian partners are received, validated, quoted, and operationally supported without delay, keeping the business responsive outside standard U.S. day hours.
The position combines pricing execution, logistics coordination, and customer responsiveness. It manages intake and quoting workflows, executes urgent spot shipments, and maintains a clean handoff to the next shift so work continues without interruption. This role is offered on two shifts; see the Shift Addendum for hours and shift-specific coverage.
Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:
- Quote urgent shipments, follow up with client for approvals, arrange booking with origin
- Coordinate origin pickup, book freight, manage shipment to departure, update clients
- Manage pricing intake, maintain CargoWise rates, prioritize and hand off open work
You are a great fit for this role if you:
- CargoWise experience quoting and maintaining rates
- 3+ years operating and pricing international air and ocean freight imports
- Able to work onsite near an SCS office and cover assigned evening or overnight shift
- Are detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Will work in a desk area with a computer, phone, and other office equipment required to perform the duties/responsibilities of the position. Work from home flexibility
