Help international clients by stepping in when they need HR support
For our HR Services team, we're looking for an experienced HR professional who can quickly become operational within client organizations in the Netherlands and provide hands-on HR support where extra capacity or expertise is needed.
 
As an Interim HR Consultant, you will work directly for our Dutch clients on temporary HR assignments. Some clients need support because they are growing rapidly, others require temporary HR capacity, and some need an experienced HR professional to take ownership of ongoing HR activities and projects. You become part of the solution, helping clients move forward while acting as an extension of their team.  
 
What will you do?

• Deliver interim HR support to international clients;
• Take ownership of operational HR activities and employee lifecycle processes;
• Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR matters;
• Assist with HR projects, documentation, policies and process improvements;
• Manage multiple client assignments and priorities simultaneously;
• Collaborate with Parakar's local HR specialists whenever country-specific expertise is required.

This is your job if

• You have around 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar in a Dutch HR environment;
• Can quickly adapt to new client environments;
• Are highly independent and proactive;
• Enjoy variety and working with different organizations;
• Are fluent in Dutch & English.

• Expected workload: approximately 12-16 hours per week (with potential for expansion);
• Freelance/interim assignment;
• Hourly rate: depending on experience;
• Remote/international working environment;
• Temporary assignment until a permanent International HR Business Consultant has been hired and onboarded.
