We are looking for an experienced, driven, and commercially focused Finance Recruiter to join our growing Permanent Recruitment division. About the Role

As a Finance Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with some of South Africa's leading organisations to identify and secure high-calibre finance professionals.

This is a high-performance, relationship-driven role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing through to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, headhunt and engage passive finance professionals.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Write compelling job adverts and candidate profiles.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed interview notes.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through to offer stage.
• Negotiate offers and manage salary discussions.
• Develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records on ATS.
• Ensure exceptional turnaround times and service delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual recruitment and placement targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous recruitment agency experience (essential).
• Proven experience recruiting within the Finance market.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting terminology.
• Proven billing and placement track record.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting ability.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Computer literate with ATS/CRM experience.
