Responsibilities:

Responsible for adjusting and optimizing DCS parameters to achieve normal operation of paper machine, improve process capacity, realize shift output and quality improvement, eliminate process waste, reduce process material cost. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Adjusting or controlling DCS parameters, combined with independent inspection, to ensure that the product is qualified, and fill in the production reports; • Timely understand the stock of various chemicals used through inspection, and clean the filter at specified parts at fixed time and cycle; Liaise with material requisitioners in time to ensure safe stock. Do a good job of planning quantity, put an end to overtime material; • Ensure smooth production flow by adjusting process operation parameters in time; Anticipate and deal with process anomalies and report to foreman at the same time; • Ensure that the production process is effectively controlled by contacting the lower and lower sections, and immediately report to the supervisor on duty in case of any abnormality; Ensure problems are resolved; • Ensure good quality of base paper by contacting quality assurance, so as to prevent the outflow of unqualified products. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
