- Overview: Grab an open day-cab seat on a high-demand dedicated grocery fleet dispatching out of the Monroe terminal (ZIP 45044 hiring radius). Keep your weekly pay consistent with steady regional miles, dependable equipment, and daily home resets.
- Pay Scale & Extra Pay: Base mileage rates scale strictly by experience from $0.56 to $0.62 CPM. Stack up extra revenue with $20 per stop, $37 per offload, $20 per backhaul, $25 for pallet restacks, and recovery miles. Orientation/ride-along training pays $100/day (1–2 days).
- Lanes & Freight Routine: Regional store dispatches covering routes across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Log 1,000 to 1,500 miles weekly (3–5 loads and 5–7 stops daily) in clean slip-seat day cabs. Dispatches launch mid-day around 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Unloading is mostly drop-and-hook with select stores requiring electric pallet jack unloads.
- Qualifications & Drug Screen: Requires 3 months of verified Class-A experience in the past 3 years (no recent grads). Must live within the Monroe 45044 hiring zone and maintain flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday peak seasons. Mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine toxicology clearance required.
- Corporate Coverage: Complete corporate healthcare backing (medical, dental, vision) active after 30 days on duty, alongside earned vacation time (1 week at year 1 up to 4 weeks at 15 years) and round-the-clock terminal support.
