Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team, ensure the customer services can be delivered timely manner.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with other departments to improve operational efficiency and strengthen interdepartmental cooperation.
• Collect market feedback to support commercial growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Customer-focused and proactive team player.
• English communication skills preferred.
