Job Details
Why this job is important
Kantar is investing heavily in technology, AI and automation as we become a more product-led business. We’re looking for a Workday expert to lead our Digital HR platforms and be the link between the business and the technical teams.
You’ll be the go-to person for Workday at Kantar. You’ll shape how it’s configured, integrated and used, work with HR and business leaders to understand what they need, and make sure our outsource partner delivers it well. You’ll turn requirements into clear, well-designed solutions, explain trade-offs in plain language, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as design authority for Workday across Core HCM, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll integrations and Time and Attendance
- Build strong relationships with HR, the lines of business and technical teams, and manage competing priorities
- Work with Product Owners to shape the backlog and roadmap, and make scope calls during delivery
- Manage Workday releases and decide what we adopt
- Hold our outsource partner to account on quality and cost
- Drive adoption through change, training and communications
- Own risk and cost for Digital HR, including cyber and data security
The ideal skills & experience
- Deep, hands-on Workday experience at enterprise scale, across several modules
- Strong integration, security and reporting knowledge
- A track record of bridging business and technology teams
- Confident stakeholder management in a complex, matrixed environment
- Experience managing outsourced partners and delivering in Agile
- Experience leading change, ideally through a period of transformation
Nice to have: Workday certification, SAFe/PI planning experience, exposure to AI and automation in HR
You’ll be
Assertive but personable, credible, and comfortable with change. You balance day-to-day delivery with the bigger picture, and you help others do their best work.
What’s in it for you
- Hybrid working with two to three days in the office
- Up to 25 days off, life leave, plus your birthday off and two days paid for volunteering
- Meal card and flexible benefits where you are allocated funds to spend on a variety of benefits such as transport cost, education related and more
Please be aware, the majority of our roles are hybrid, working three days a week in our office.
We’re not able to offer visa sponsorship or help with relocation support for this role. Please make sure you’ve got the right to work in the country where this role is located before applying.

PortugalWhy join Kantar?
We shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere. By understanding people, we can understand what drives their decisions, actions, and aspirations on a global scale.
