Stage Works is an Indian company specializing in comprehensive stage engineering, theatre design, and audiovisual solutions for auditoriums and performance spaces. Operating with a team of 201-500 professionals, the company delivers turnkey services from concept to execution, integrating stage automation, lighting, acoustics, projection, and custom fabrication through in-house expertise.
Your responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities on-site in Delhi, India.
Coordinate directly with workers, contractors, vendors, and the internal team to keep project execution on track.
Oversee the implementation of stage engineering, audiovisual solutions, and custom fabrication on location.
What the role requires
Experience in construction engineering, interior execution, or architectural site supervision.
Availability for a fixed-term employment of 24 months with a 48-hour workweek.
Willingness to complete a 3-month probation period upon starting.
Your first months at Stage Works
In your first months, you will step onto the Delhi site to oversee daily execution and coordinate with contractors and the internal team. You will navigate the 3-month probation period while managing turnkey installations for performance spaces. By the end of this initial phase, you will have established reliable communication routines with vendors and workers to drive project delivery forward.

Compensation
