What You’ll Do

• Lead global compensation programs across salary, bonus, and long-term incentive processes, ensuring recommendations are competitive, equitable, consistent, and aligned to business priorities.
• Advise HRBPs, People leaders, and business leaders on compensation decisions, including offers, promotions, job changes, retention actions, market adjustments, and annual planning.
• Support executive compensation work through benchmarking, analysis, materials preparation, and leader education under People leadership.
• Own and improve job architecture and leveling guidance, helping leaders apply consistent standards across roles, functions, and geographies.
• Lead compensation education for leaders and HRBPs, translating compensation philosophy, market data, and pay practices into clear, practical guidance.
• Manage key annual processes, including performance rating calibration inputs, merit planning, bonus planning, compensation planning tools, and stakeholder communications.
• Strengthen compensation reporting, analytics, data quality, and Workday or HRIS workflows to improve accuracy, transparency, and decision readiness.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled workflows responsibly to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and support better compensation decisions.
• Coach and develop a junior Compensation Analyst, raising quality standards and building scalable global compensation support.

What You’ll Need

• Deep hands-on experience in global compensation, with demonstrated expertise across salary planning, bonus programs, long-term incentives, market pricing, job architecture, and leveling.
• Strong compensation judgment, with the ability to interpret market data through business context, internal equity, role scope, talent risk, and practical implementation realities.
• Experience advising HRBPs, People leaders, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and senior business stakeholders on complex compensation decisions.
• Experience supporting annual performance and compensation planning cycles, including merit planning, bonus planning, calibration inputs, communications, and governance.
• Strong analytical capability, including comfort working with compensation surveys, market data, HRIS data, Excel or Google Sheets, and compensation reporting.
• Experience improving compensation processes, tools, reporting, or Workday / HRIS workflows in a global or multi-country environment.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment with limited coaching, while knowing when to escalate sensitive or high-impact decisions.
• Strong communication and leader education skills, with the ability to make complex compensation topics clear, practical, and actionable.
• People leadership experience, including coaching, quality review, prioritization, and development of compensation talent.

And It’s Great to Have

• Experience with compensation-related work in mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or organizational transformation.
• Experience in a PE-backed, SaaS, technology, payments, or high-growth global business.
• Experience supporting executive compensation analysis, board or committee materials, or senior leadership compensation education.
• Experience with compensation platforms, advanced Workday compensation functionality, market pricing tools, or people analytics dashboards.
• Exposure to responsible AI, automation, or agent-enabled workflows in People, Finance, or compensation operations.

• Workday / HRIS and compensation workflows become more scalable, automated, and easier to govern.
• The junior Compensation Analyst is better supported, more effective, and operating with higher quality standards.
