Job Description
As a Security Officer Mobile Security Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and help address security-related concerns with integrity. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.

- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor access points and visitor management systems; verify credentials, issue visitor badges, maintain entry records, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
- Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required documentation.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
- Support a professional, welcoming environment by communicating clearly, following client procedures, and assisting with security-related requests as directed.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
